It <br />(2) The construction of Madison Street Parking and Landscaping <br />Improvements consisting of the reconstruction and partial widening of <br />a portion of Madison Street for a total distance of approximately 335 <br />linear feet and the construction of new curbs, gutters, parking <br />areas, walks, and the addition of trees, lighting, drainage, striping <br />and appurtenant work, such construction and related improvements to <br />be made on the following. described real estate acquired or to be <br />acquired by the Authority: <br />Starting at a point along the North right-of-way line <br />of Madison Street, four hundred sixty-seven (467) feet <br />West of the point of intersection of said North <br />right-of-way line and .the West right-of-way line of <br />Niles Avenue, thence East .along said North right-of-way <br />line to .said point of intersection; thence South along <br />said West right-of-way line a distance of eighty two <br />.and- one-half (82.5) feet to the point of intersection <br />.with the South right-of-way line of Madison Street; <br />thence West along said South right-of-way line a <br />distance of four hundred sixty-two (462) feet to a <br />point; thence Northwesterly along a line a distance of <br />sixty two (62) feet,. more or less back to the starting <br />point. <br /> <br />
