i• <br /> <br />(3) The construction of Washington Street Parking and <br />Landscaping Improvements consisting of the reconstruction and partial <br />widening of a portion of Washington Street for a total distance of <br />approximately 320 linear feet including rehabilitating and relaying <br />the existing brick- roadway and the construction of new concrete <br />curbs, gutters, parking areas, walks, traffic islands and addition of <br />trees, lighting, drainage, striping and appurtenant work, such <br />construction and related improvements to be made on the .following <br />described real estate acquired or to be acquired by the Authority: <br />Starting at the. point along the North right-of-way of <br />Washington Street extended, 14 feet West of the <br />:intersection of the East right-of-way line of Niles <br />.Avenue ..and the North right-of-way line of Washington <br />_ Street, thence East along said North right-of-way .line <br />a distance of 373 feet to a point 14 feet East of the <br />point of intersection with the West right-of-way line <br />of .Hill Street, thence South parallel to said-West <br />right-of-way line a distance of eighty two and one-half <br />(82.5)' feet to the point of intersection with the South <br />right-of-way line of Washington Street extended, thence <br />West along said South right-of-way line to a point 14 <br />feet West of the point of intersection with said East <br />right-of-way line of Niles Avenue; thence North <br />parallel to said East right-of-way line back to the <br />starting point. <br />
