EXHIBIT A I PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS The Project consists of the following: (1) The construction of Niles .Avenue .Parking and Landscaping Improvements (Phase IV) in the City of South Bend consisting of .the reconstruction and partial widening of a portion of Niles Avenue for a total distance of approximately 1,300 linear feet. and the construction of new curbs, walks and traffic islands along with on-street and .off-street public parking areas,- trees, lighting, drainage, striping and appurtenant work, all of such construction and related improvements to be made on the following described real estate acquired or to be acquired by the Authority: Starting at a point on the West right-of-way line of Niles Avenue, one hundred thirty-two (132) feet South of the South right-of-way line extended of Washington Street continuing North along said West right-of-way line to a point one hundred sixty-five (165) feet North of the North right-of-way line of LaSalle Avenue, thence East a .distance of sixty six (66) feet to a point along the East right-of-way line of Niles Avenue one hundred sixty-five (165) feet North of the North right-of-way. line of LaSalle Avenue, thence South along said East right-of-way line to a point one hundred thirty two (132) feet South of the South right-of-way line of Washington Street, thence West a distance of sixty-six (66) feet back to the starting point. and -The following as described as being in the West half of the Northeast Quarter, Section Twelve (12), Township Thirty-Seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, in Cottrell's Addition, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana: Commencing at the northeast corner of Part Lot 5; thence due south for 131.79 feet; thence west for 60 feet; thence due north to the south right-of-way line of Washington Street vacated for 132.27 feet; thence east for 70 feet back to the point of beginning.
