His team will also review plans, <br />specifications, and construction methods with the contractor, provide supervision and administration of field work, and offer <br />guidance and technical expertise to ensure construction adheres to plans, budget, and schedule. <br />The riprap installatfon will be no small task. <br />Normally riprap is installed so the top of the <br />riprap is level with the existfng riverbed, as <br />proposed at Piers 2, 3, 6, and 7, which <br />requires excavatfon of approximately three <br />feet. <br /> <br />Existfng pier foundatfons could be completely <br />or partfally submerged.
