<br />With more than 30 years of experience in geotechnical
<br />engineering and QA/QC services, Akhtar has completed and
<br />analyzed numerous monitoring projects throughout northern
<br />Indiana. He has extensive experience in providing detailed
<br />subsurface exploratfon services with field testfng, ground
<br />monitoring and laboratory analyses for roads, highways, bridges,
<br />railroads, ports, water and wastewater treatment facilitfes
<br />embankments, and subdivisions.

<br />912 Interchange over Norfolk & Southern, EJ & E West Company
<br />Railroads for INDOT, LaPorte District
<br />— Survey Lead for the future engineering and bridge
<br />rehabilitatfon plans for the restoratfon of multfple ramps, loops,
<br />and bridges, in additfon to managing and coordinatfng the
<br />acquisitfon of LIDAR. This project also included a Route Survey
<br />(LCRS) with topographic survey and right-of-way engineering.

<br />Lochmueller has been involved with projects in close proximity to
<br />this project on recently completed and ongoing infrastructure
<br />improvements including, Bendix Drive over Indiana Toll Road for
<br />bridge replacement, road rehabilitatfon, and project coordinatfon
<br />and nearby Cleveland Road for a rehabilitatfon, bridge replacement,
<br />and 5,500 feet of road reconstructfon. (See page 11 for more
<br />details.)

<br />These projects reinforce our talents, highlight our work ethic, and
<br />showcase our successful results. They also allow us to bring
<br />engineering team members together with shared experience on
<br />those projects to produce a strong understanding of the area’s
<br />characteristfcs, local business owners and their needs, impacts to
<br />the environment, and substantfal collaboratfon with City engineers
<br />and managers. Lochmueller engineers Ryan Clark, Justin Bowers,
<br />Brian Arterbery, Barbie Swihart Stutzman, and Jessica Clark have
<br />all had sizable roles in both the Bendix Drive and Cleveland Road
<br />projects.

<br />Grant has more than 35 years of comprehensive experience in all
<br />aspects of survey throughout INDOT’s Crawfordsville, LaPorte,
<br />Vincennes, and Seymour Districts, Indianapolis DPW; and many
<br />local municipalitfes. He is well versed in the utflizatfon and the
<br />applicatfon of topographic surveys, LIDAR acquisitfon,
<br />orthoimagery, bathymetric surveys, detailed locatfons of bridge/
<br />small structures, profile smoothness, as built, control surveys,
<br />trails, utflity, tunnels, confine space entry, and right-of-way
<br />engineering surveys.

<br />RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />
<br />Railroad Relocation at Gary International Airport in Gary
<br />— Geotechnical Engineer for exploratfon and materials testfng
<br />services for railroad relocatfon project at the Gary Internatfonal
<br />Airport. Project included ground vibratfon monitoring of existfng
<br />tracks as a result of the pile driving for the new bridge and
<br />earthwork for the new embankments with contfnued monitoring
<br />for several months for verificatfon of vibratfon limit adherence.
