Confidential & Proprietary Information of Ameresco, Inc. <br />Page 51 of 54 <br />training will be conducted up to two (2) sessions and will include up to 12 hours per session <br />of combined classroom and field instruction for all ECMs designated for Level 3 training. <br />o Level 3 classroom training will also include a review of the manufacturer’s operation <br />and maintenance manuals, and an explanation of equipment warranties. Following <br />the classroom training session, a site tour will be scheduled to view the specific <br />installation, operation of the equipment, and hands on maintenance instructions by <br />qualified personnel and manufacturers’ representatives.
