Fixture wattages are from an <br />industry standard wattage table. <br />Operating hours to be based on <br />information provided by the city, <br />and industry standard burn hour <br />assumptions. <br />Fixture wattages, on a sample of <br />post-project installed fixtures <br />consisting of either single fixtures <br />or a circuit of fixtures shall be <br />measured on fixtures with a <br />population of 50 or more. Power <br />measurements will be compared <br />to values in the energy audit <br />tables. <br />One time <br />instantaneous power <br />using a true RMS <br />power meter. <br />Measurements will <br />follow 80/20 <br />statistical precision <br />and confidence <br />criteria. <br />Baseline and post- <br />installation <br />(subject to one- <br />time post-retrofit <br />measurements) <br />fixture power <br />draw. Operating <br />hours will not <br />change and will be <br />as noted in the <br />savings calculation <br />table.
