The operation of the existing <br />equipment and the energy use <br />associated with this equipment has <br />been based on information <br />provided by the City as gathered <br />during the audit. <br />Ameresco will utilize the building <br />automation system to track <br />equipment performance data to <br />ensure that the equipment is <br />performing as intended. <br />Ameresco will monitor and <br />report equipment operation, <br />including runtimes, setpoints, and <br />VFD speeds to ensure that key <br />parameters are being achieved. <br />Equipment runtime, <br />setpoints, outside air <br />dampers, and VFD <br />speeds will be <br />recorded by the <br />building automation <br />system to verify the <br />savings are occurring <br />as expected. <br />Fan horsepower, <br />power draw of <br />equipment, and <br />annual load profile <br />will be as noted in <br />the savings <br />calculations. <br />Ameresco will visually inspect <br />the equipment to verify that the <br />systems are operating properly, <br />and the variable speed drives are <br />capable of reducing the motor <br />speeds. Analysis will be <br />performed of the trend data on <br />an ongoing basis to verify the <br />correct operation and the <br />reduction in speed. <br />ECM 6: Plumbing <br />Fixture Replacement <br />ECM 7: Roofing <br />Replacement <br />ECM 8: Fire Alarm <br />System Replacement <br />Agreed Upon Savings shall be <br />utilized for this ECM.
