Includes upgrade of 2 pole mounted shoebox <br />fixtures to LED fixture with photocell. The lighting for the marquee is not color changing. <br />•At Palais Royale, retrofit 531 interior light fixtures to LED. Two exit signs to be replaced with <br />LED fixtures with battery backup. Occupancy sensors in the private offices and restrooms in <br />locations as specified in Appendix 1. One new lighting panel to be provided for theatre lights <br />in same location as existing panel. <br />•Exterior Palais Royale lighting work to include 2 new wall pack fixtures with photocell to <br />replace jelly jar fixtures. <br />•Includes dimming to 0% in the Palais Ballroom. <br />•Excludes decorative artwork lighting and elevator lighting. Existing LED lights to remain. <br />•New LED color changing lighting system will be installed on the wall wash and window <br />highlight fixtures to provide colored lighting schemes for the façade of both buildings <br />(searchlights excluded). <br />•Existing HID flood fixtures will be removed, and new LED color changing fixtures will be <br />installed along the ledge running beneath the windows. <br />o New control hardware and interface to be installed inside the building. <br />o Upper building and lower building cold cathode lamp fixtures will be left alone. <br />•Existing HID searchlights will be left as-is. <br />•See Appendix 1 for detailed line by line scope of work <br />Scope of Services Appendices <br />•Appendix 1 – Lighting Line by Line, Fourteen (14) pages
