Black metal cap will be installed to match the rest of the <br />roofing cap throughout the facility. <br />Existing roofing insulation to remain. Up to 1,500 square feet of damaged <br />insulation will be replaced if needed. Extra insulation will be installed to <br />help mitigate standing water where ponding is currently an issue. <br />New roof will carry a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty. <br />ECM 8: Fire Alarm System Replacement <br />•Provide and install one (1) Addressable Fire Alarm Panel and voice dialer <br />o Provide and install five (5) remote annunciators <br />o Provide and install twenty-three (23) pull stations <br />o Provide and install fifty-nine (59) photo smoke sensors at locations specified in final <br />design. <br />o Provide and install nineteen (19) photo heat sensors at designated locations <br />o Provide and install addressable monitor modules at RTU units supervising factory <br />installed sensors <br />o Provide and install monitor modules associated with sprinkler riser locations and fire <br />suppression locations <br />o Provide and install addressable relays associated with sound system alarm shunt <br />o Provide and install power supplies in sufficient quantity to support speaker strobe <br />devices <br />o Provide and install one (1) remote paging cabinet for voice annunciation <br />o Provide and install one hundred twenty-six (126) wall mount speaker strobe devices <br />o Provide and install thirty-seven (37) wall mount strobe devices <br />o Provide and install relay associated with elevator recall <br />o Provide and install two Hyperspike directional speakers for auditorium voice <br />annunciation <br />o Provide and install cabling to initiating devices and notification appliances <br />o Program panels, provide commissioning services and training <br />o Provide and install document box by FACP <br />ECM 9: LED Lighting Upgrades <br />•At the Morris Theatre, retrofit 2,352 interior light lamps to LED. Includes 3 exit signs with <br />battery backup and a total of 15 occupancy sensors in the private offices and restrooms in <br />locations as specified in Appendix 1. Excludes incandescent rope integral seating lighting (By <br />others as part of seat replacement project).
