The Track program,Junior Baseball, Charles Black camp, and playground programs <br /> start this week. <br /> 5. The Blues Fest will be held Saturday at Coveleski Stadium. Opening Ceremony will <br /> start at noon and the bands will start shortly after. <br /> 6. The Senior Citizen Picnic was held at Potawatomi Park and 185 participated. <br /> 7. Rose Kaufman is currently on a Howard Park Center sponsored trip to Cape Cod. Fifty <br /> are participating. <br /> 8. The Fitness Center will be closing at 2 pm on Sundays due to slow attendance on this <br /> day. <br /> 9. The first Fun Run will be held at Rum Village Park next week end. <br /> 10. Mr.Nowacki reported that the "Yellow Book"business edition has incorrect phone <br /> numbers for the courses and phone calls have been going to the wrong departments, making <br /> things very hectic. The company has been contacted on numerous occasions. <br /> 2. The 35 year old pumps at Erskine need to be replaced. One pump has failed and the <br /> other is running,but could fail. They both need to be replaced as soon as possible. He <br /> asked the Board to move forward with the replacement. Mr. Goodrich agreed and told <br /> him to go ahead. <br /> 3. The new scorecards are in. <br /> 4. He met last week with a group concerning going ahead with a First Tee program at <br /> Studebaker.
