Develop preliminary cross sections <br /> <br />10. Prepare preliminary quantities calculations <br /> <br />11. Develop an Engineer's Estimate of Probable Construction Costs <br /> <br />12. Submit Preliminary Plans and Estimate of Probable Construction Costs to the Owner for <br />review. <br /> <br />13. Conduct a review meeting with the Owner to receive Preliminary Plan comments. Perform <br />a project field check with Owner, Utilities and other identified stakeholders. <br /> <br />C. Final Plan Development shall be developed by the Engineer after Owner review of the <br />Preliminary Plan submission. The Engineer shall complete the following items within these <br />project limits and for further development of the prepared Road Plans: <br /> <br />1. Revise plans from review and received Owner comments. <br /> <br />2. Finalize Title and Index Sheet(s) <br /> <br />3. Finalize Typical Sections <br /> <br />4. Finalize Plan and Profile Sheets <br /> <br />5. Finalize intersection and approach details <br /> <br />6. Maintenance of Traffic Phases, Typical Sections and Details <br /> <br />7. Finalize Major Construction Details and prepare additional details <br /> <br />8. Design Develop Signal Plan Layout(s) <br /> <br />9. Prepare Pavement Marking Plans <br /> <br />10. Develop Erosion Control Plans <br /> <br />11. Develop Sign Details <br /> <br />12. Develop Water utility and service lead relocation plans <br /> <br />13. Develop Approach / Structure / Misc. Tables <br /> <br />14. Finalize Cross Sections / Approach Sections
