Develop project Special Provisions <br /> <br />18. Submit Final Plans and Estimate of Probable Construction Costs to the Owner for review. <br /> <br />19. Conduct a review meeting with the Owner to receive Final Plan comments. <br /> <br />D. The Engineer shall prepare and secure an Indiana Department of Environmental Management <br />(IDEM) Construction/Land Disturbance (Rule 5 Erosion Control) Storm Water Permit. The <br />following shall be completed to secure this permit by the Engineer and its Consultants: <br /> <br />1. Submit Plans to the St. Joseph County MS4 for review. <br /> <br />2. Prepare advertisement for publishing by the Owner <br /> <br />3. Prepare the Rule 5 Notice of Intent (NOI) Submittal <br /> <br />4. Submit permit application to IDEM. <br /> <br />E. Contract Documents shall be prepared by the Engineer after acceptance by the Owner of Final <br />Plans, revised Estimate of Probable Construction Costs, and any other deliverables subject to <br />any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design <br />requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall: <br /> <br />1. Revise plans from review and received Owner comments. <br /> <br />2. Prepare finalized Drawings and Special Provisions indicating the scope, extent, and character <br />of the Work to be performed and furnished by Contractor. If appropriate, Special Provisions <br />shall conform to the Owner Standard Specification and other cited governing Standard <br />Specifications. <br /> <br />a. Complete and bind Quantity Calculations for use by the Owner <br /> <br />b. Finalize and prepare finalized Estimate of Probable Construction Costs <br /> <br />3. Advise the Owner of any adjustments to the Estimate of Probable Construction Cost known <br />to Engineer from changes made at the Final Plan Review. <br /> <br />4. Finalize and make available to the Owner the Project(s) Cover Sheet for necessary approvals <br />and signatures. <br /> <br />5. Develop and prepare Bidding Documents for use by the Owner in Adobe Acrobat digital file <br />format. <br />
