All rights reserved. <br /> <br />C. The Engineer will participate in stakeholder meetings with select stakeholder as determined and <br />coordinated by city staff. An estimate of four (4) informal meetings are anticipated. <br />D. Coordinate, host and conduct a public information meeting for local officials, civic <br />organizations, and others to gage public sentiment and ensure proper coordination with local <br />populace. The meeting will present the proposed project in the developed conceptual drawing, <br />prepared presentation, and facilitate comments, questions, and answers from the attendees. <br /> <br /> <br />A1.04 Road Plan Development <br /> <br />A. Preliminary Plotting shall be performed by the Engineer using the digital working drawing(s) <br />completed as part of the Topographic Survey. This shall be completed in general conformance <br />with Indiana Department of Transportation and Owner standards at appropriate scale(s). The <br />Engineer shall complete the following items within these project limits and incorporate into the <br />prepared Road Plans: <br /> <br />1. Identify the survey centerline, property lines and existing property owners. <br /> <br />2. Develop existing survey centerline profile and cross section data. <br /> <br />3. Describe and identify in plan survey benchmarks. <br /> <br />4. Identify existing buildings, commercial signs, and other man made improvements within the <br />survey limits. <br /> <br />5. Describe existing features as topographic notes on the developed plan sheets. <br /> <br />6. Identify existing sewers and other below grade utilities based on field location(s) from plan <br />records and field markings provided by others. <br /> <br />7. Reconcile and identify the survey centerline and S-lines with witness boxes from witnessed <br />monuments from the topographic survey. <br /> <br />B. Preliminary Plan Development shall be extended by the Engineer from the completed <br />Preliminary Plotting phase. The Engineer shall complete the following items within these project <br />limits and incorporate into the prepared Road Plans: <br /> <br />1. Develop proposed line work <br /> <br />2. Preliminary drainage design <br /> <br />3. Develop project Title and Index Sheets <br /> <br />4. Prepare preliminary Typical Section Sheets <br /> <br />5. Develop preliminary Plan and Profile sheets <br /> <br />6. Prepare intersection and approach details
