The Engineer shall also submit the 30% Submittal Package to Ian Lockwood at Toole <br />Design Group for concurrent review and comment. Due to the project schedule, the review <br />process upon submittal of the design package shall not exceed (5) working days. <br />12. Deliverables for the 30% submittal to the Owner will be provided in PDF format. <br />13. Coordination Meetings: During the Preliminary Design Phase, the Engineer will facilitate <br />regularly scheduled coordination meetings with City staff and stakeholders. <br />A1.04 60% Submittal - Design Development Phase <br />A. After acceptance by Owner of the 30% Submittal (Schematic Design) documents, revised opinion <br />of probable Construction Cost, and any other deliverables subject to any Owner-directed <br />modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the <br />Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, the Engineer shall: <br />1. Conduct a Stakeholder meeting to present the 30% submittal package and overall project <br />design. The input gathered during this meeting will be utilized in the development of the <br />60% Submittal package. <br />2. The Engineer's team will meet to review the plan documents and to continue the <br />coordination efforts to ensure that the necessary elements of the plan development are on <br />track and on schedule. <br />3. The Engineer shall continue coordination efforts with the various consultants (contracted <br />with the Owner) during the 60% design phase. <br />4. Preliminary Maintenance of Traffic Plan: The Engineer will continue to define the <br />Maintenance of Traffic Plan based on meetings with the City and stakeholders. <br />5. Based on the data collected, the team will move into the development of the 60% Submittal <br />package. This will include, but not be limited to, further definition of the roadway layout <br />based on input collected through the ongoing traffic study (by others), pedestrian pathways, <br />grading, utility connections, site amenities, landscaping, and the development of the <br />preliminary Maintenance of Traffic plan. <br />6. Progress Meeting #3: The Engineer will coordinate and facilitate a progress meeting to <br />review with the City of South staff the plans and to ensure that project is coordinated with <br />the various departments and that the project is on schedule. <br />7. Based on the input from Progress Meeting #3, the team will continue to develop the 60% <br />submittal plans and will begin to develop construction specifications. <br />8. The Engineer will revise the Preliminary Opinion of Probable Cost based on the <br />refinements to the plans.
