Progress Meeting #4: Upon refinement of the 60% Design package and refinement of the <br />Preliminary Opinion of Probable cost, the Engineer will conduct Progress Meeting #4 with <br />the City of South Bend staff to present the plans and preliminary estimates. This meeting <br />will also include the various stakeholders to review the overall layout and connections to <br />their properties. <br />10. The Engineer will further refine the 60% plans based on the input collected from the <br />Progress Meeting #4, and will submit the required plans and documentations to the City for <br />review. <br />11. As the project construction limits are greater than one (1) acre, the project will subject to <br />the City of South Bend's Pre and Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan and Rule <br />5 or Erosion Control Plan. The Engineer will prepare the required plans and documents and <br />submit them accordingly. <br />12. Upon review by the Owner, the Engineer will coordinate and facilitate a second meeting <br />with the City of South Bend Staff to present the 60% Submittal. <br />13. Deliverables for the 60% submittal to the Owner will be provided in PDF format. <br /> <br />A1.05 90% Submittal - Construction Documents <br />1. After acceptance by Owner of the 60% Submittal documents, revised opinion of probable <br />Construction Cost, and any other deliverables subject to any Owner-directed modifications or <br />changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon <br />written authorization from Owner, the Engineer shall: <br />a. Conduct a Stakeholder meeting to present the 60% submittal package and overall project <br />design. The input gathered during this meeting will be utilized in the development of the <br />90% Submittal package. <br />b. The Engineer will meet to review the plan documents and to continue the coordination <br />efforts to ensure that the necessary elements of the plan development are on track and on <br />schedule. <br />c. Maintenance of Traffic Plan: a Maintenance of Traffic plan will be prepared specifically <br />for the proposed construction operations identified in Phase One. <br />d. Based on the data collected including comments from the City review, the Engineer will <br />move into the development of the 90% Submittal package. Further refinement to the <br />roadway layout based on input collected through the ongoing traffic study (by others), <br />pedestrian pathways, grading, utility connections, site amenities, and landscaping. <br />e. Progress Meeting #5: The Engineer will coordinate and facilitate a progress meeting to <br />review with the City of South Bend Staff the plans and to ensure that project is coordinated <br />with the various departments and that the project is on schedule.
