Tuesday August 6th, 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 496. Resolved by the Board of_Public`Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Lindner.street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue. Said improvement shall.be known and designated as "THE LINDNER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M.' A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per,annum, payable as provided by law. Adoptdd this 6th day of August 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 497. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location_ and terminal points as follows: Grade, CUrb & Walk on Blaine avenue from south line of Lederers addition to LaPorte avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BLAINE AVENUE GRADE CURB & TALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City C- Yil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor_ in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of .August and on the 14th stay of Aui--ust, 1907, in the South Bend. Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as -"THE ALLEN STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give.a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 PM A Bond or Bonds to be isssued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner sins waiver required, as according to law.
