755 Tue t 6th, 1907. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 500. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of -South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Harvey street from Allen street to Blaine avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE HARVEY STREET GRADE,.CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications-prepared.by the -City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on, the 14th day of_August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided bylaw Adopted this 6th day of August 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 30, appropriating the following cescribed property: Olive street to be opened and extended for its full width of sixty (60) feet from the north right of way of the New Jersey, Indiana and Illinois Railroad to the south line of Sample street estended west, crossing and extending over the right of way of the New Jersey, Indiana, & Illinois R. R. The Grand Trunk Western Ry .and the Indiana, Illinois & Iowa Ry. (now called the C. I. & S. Ry.) tl Also opening and extending of Sample street westerly over and across the right of way of said railroads its full width of sixty-six (66) feet. In. the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. t The Board therefore declare the above described property in all tangs condemned and appropriated for public use.
