7 05 Tuesday_ August 6th, 1 . I31PROVE1VIENT RESOLUTION NO. 492. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:Grade, Curb & 'stalk on Chapin street from Indiana avenue to the alley north of Leon Court. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CHAPIN STREET GRADE CURB & WALK TMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of Au�-ustand on the 14th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend, Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the city Hall on the 20th day of August, 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said Bonds shall bear Interest at.the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 6th day of August, 19076 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEI&NT RESOLUTION NO. 493. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Poland street from Harris street to the angle at.the I. I. & I. R. R. Right of Way. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE PDLAND STREET GRADE CURB WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th,day of August and on the 14th day_of August 1907, in the South Bend - Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City "all on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily ^'imes. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
