752 Tuesday August 6th, 1907- IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 499. Resolved -by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: "That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk oil Longley avenue from Olive street to Anthony street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LONGLEY AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT"' and shall be constructed accordig to the plans and specifications prepared vy the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum,. payable as provided by law. Adopted this 6th day of August, 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 489. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Meade street from Bertrand street to the alley north of Langley avenue. Waid improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MEADE STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in. the City Hall on the 20th day of August, 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CEDAR STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEM&E T" and shall be constructed accordig to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7h day of August and on the 14th day of August, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the Ctty Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be i-sued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE CARROLL STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of August 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the peoperty owner signs waiver as required by law.
