751 Tuesday August 6th, 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 494. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick Pavement on Ford street from Scott street to Chapin street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as'"THE FORD STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be con- structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will"give a hearing an this resolution at its office in' -the City Hall In the 20th day of August, 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be Issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to lane. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE GRAND VIEW AVENUE AND COTTAGE GROVE AVENUE BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVE101IT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and and specifications prepared by the C:`ty Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 7th day of August and on the 14th day of August 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. CURB ec WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer. filed herewith.
