7183 v Friday, June 14th, 1907. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 472.. Resolved by the Board of Public Worts of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Longley avenue from.Wilber street to.Jonnson street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LONGLEY AVENUE GRADE? CURB &;WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall -be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer'filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the,17th day of June,and on the 24th.day of June 19079 in the South Bend Daily Tiffies.- This, and will give a".hearing on this resolution.at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day oJuly 1907 at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued -to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to .law. _Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. - Adopted this 14th day of,June, 1907 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Said improvement shall be k nown and designated as OTHF.*ILBER.S7R'EET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the.City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th ..day of June and on the 24th clay of June, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July 1907, at 7:15 P. M. . A Bond or'Bonds to be issued to the.Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Notice,,of this resolution shallbe published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
