Fri 0 IMPROVFAI 'ITT RESOLUTION NO. 465. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the'kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb ,& Walk on Georgiana street from South Bend avenue to City Limits. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE GEORGIANA_STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEIMNT" and_shall.be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall ,be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July 19072 at 7:15 P. It. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 14th day of June 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEN[ENT RESOLUTION NO. 469. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "MI E FORD STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVE1,4ENT" and shall be bonatructed according to the plans and specifications prepa=-ed by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
