Friday June 14th, 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 476. Resolved by the. board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Ind iana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: , Grade, Curb & Walk on Linden avenue from the 1st alley ?18r- of Johnson street Olivestreet. Said improvement shall be known and designated -as "THE LINDEN AVENUE GRADE? CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and. specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th_day of June and on the 24th day of June, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds -to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner siLms waiver required as according to law: Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate is six per cent per annym, payable.as provided by law. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE DALE AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed -according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil °Engineer fr'iled herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907,-in the South Bend Daily Times.
