71.1 _Friday June 13th, 1907. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 464. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana ghat an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb &•Walk on Grant street from Ford street to N. J. & I. R. R. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE GRANT STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IIuIPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board *ill give a hearing on said resolution at its office in the city Hall on the 9th day of July, 1907, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as'according to law. S. & M. S. tracks. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE PINE STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil En- gineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shallbe published on the 17th day of June and on the 24 th day of June, 1907, in the South Bead Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hail on the 9th day of July 19072 at 7:15 P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
