� M IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 460. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb &Walk on High street from Dayton street to Milton avenue. Said improvement shall - be known and designated as "THE HIGH STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on, the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July, 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Binds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such worm where the property owner signswaiver required; as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable o's provided by law. Adopted this 14th day of June 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC STORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 461. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Olive street from Ford street to N. J. & I. R. R. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE OLIVE STREET GRADE? CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the,24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the t9th day of July 19072 at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CARLSSLE STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed, herewith. Notice of this.resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required,as according to law. STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notiee� of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
