709 Friday June 14th, 1907. The Board met in regular session at 10 A,. M. All members present. Bond of Thos. M. Bauer filed and approved and contract signed for the Howard street Cement sidewalks. Contract signed with the South.Bend Heating & Plumbing Co for the Miami street water connections. The Awarding of the contracts for the West Jefferson street and the South Main street asphalt p avemelts and the S. Main street sewer connections was deferred until Tuesday June lSth, 1907, Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 29 for.the opening of Blaine avenue, was deferred until Friday June 21, 19079 at 10 A. M. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 459. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location, and terminal points as follows: Cement curb on Adams street from Liston street to Linden avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ADAMS STREET CE!= CURB IMPROVEMENT" and shall be borl�_ . atrudted.aceording to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June, 1907, in the South Bend DailyTimes. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at,its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July 1907.2,at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the uroperty owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be :made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading alley North of LaSalle venue from Notre Dame street to Francis street. Said immprovement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY N. OF LASALLE AVENUE GRADING IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications p repred by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice os this resolution shall be published on the 17th day of June and on the 24th day of June 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of July, 1907, at 7:15 P. M.
