667 ril 17th, 1907• The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 450. Resolved by the Board of Nbli c Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 23 water connections on Rush street from Monroe street to Sample street as per a report adopted by the Common Council March 25th, 1907- Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE RUSH STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and spedifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published'on the 19th day of April and on the 25th day of Aril 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 a. m. on the 30th day of Apri1,1907. Adopted this 17th day of April 1907: BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 451. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: 48 water connections and 3 sewer connections on Woodward avenue & California street from Leland avenue to Hudson avenue, as per a report adopted by the Common Council March 25th, 1907. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WOODWARD AVENUE AND CALIFORNIA STREET SEWER & WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall bE constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City.Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work sh&ll be published on the l8th day of April and on the 25th day of 'April 19017, in the South Bend Daily Times.
