665 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 446. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: 'That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Calvert street from Leer street to Caroline street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CALVERT STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by -the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on thel5th day of April and on the 22nd day or April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board.will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A bond .or bonds to be issued to t.e Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shah bear interest -at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by late. Adopted this 13th day of April 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 447. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MAPLE STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Fngineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May 19072 at 7:15 P. M. A bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in"payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May 1907, at 7:15 P.M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CHERRY STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be con- structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on thel5th day of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolutionat its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May, 19072 at 7:15 P. M.
