66 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 442. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick pavement on.the 1st Alley south of Division street from Main street to Lafayette street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY SOUTH OF DIVISION STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT"(No.l.) and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day -of April, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearJng on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May, 19072 at 7:15 P. M. A bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs giver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, pad able as provided by law. Adoptd this 13th day of April 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 443. Said improvement shall be known and designated°as "THE ALLEY SOUTH OF DIVISION STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT"(No: 2.) and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd dayof April 1907, in South Bend Daily Times. THis board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the7th day of May 1907, at 7:15 P.M. A bond or bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Main street from Jefferson street to the Grand Trunk Western Ry track on Division street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE S. MAIN STREET ASPHALT PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be'constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil.Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published 6n the 15th day 'of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give :& hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May, 1907 at 7:15 P. M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE KENDALL STREET WRADE, CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this reso- lution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lution at its office in the City'Hall on the 7th day of May 19072 at 7:15 P. M.
