Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick Pave ment on Cherry street from Washington street to Jefferson street.. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CHERRY STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the Citry Hall on the 7th day of May 1907, !t 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner 'signs waiver requireO as according to law. Portage avenue Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE _`DE MAUDE AVE BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of May 19072 at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to. be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CALIFORNIA STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and on the 22nd day of April, 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall, on the 7th day of May 1907, at 7:15 P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th day of April and.on the 22nd day of April 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times.
