The Board met in reGular session at 10 O'clock A.M. Mr.Papezinski.being absent. All business transacted was done by Unanimous vote of the Board. A Petition for Grade & Curb on the north side of St —Peter street, from Sorin street to South Bend Avenue. Was referred to the Engineer for Specifications. A Deed was filed By Mary A.& Charles Brehmer.for a strip of ground at the intersection of South Bend Avenue &°Notra Dame Avenue. Clerk was instructed to have same recorded. The Engineer filed assessment rolls and Final Estimates for the following improvements.Pipe Sewer on Johnson Street and Washington Street from � nnn- 60ht Avenue to Olive Street.And Cement Sidewalk on east-:side=of Portage: -Avenue fr6m.Hudson''A3enue to Kinyon Street. Under improvement resolutions No.313 & 358 Respectively. RESOL that n Vtices as to the amounts of as essments be nulli`ghed for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, Commencing on the 23rd,day of August 19061,stating that this Board will give- a hearing on the amount of such assessments at -its office nin the . City Hall on the llth,.day of September 19062at 7-15 P.M. RESOLVED furtherlthat the entire work under the above Contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall bepublishedon the 23rd,day of August 19069 in the South Bend Daily Times,stating that this Board will give a hearing on the:acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 11th.0ay of September 1906, at 7:15 P.M.
