520 <br />The Board met In special session at 7-15 P.M. <br />Mr.Papezinski* being absent.. <br />Hearing given on the Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates For <br />the following improvements,,Grade,Curb & Walk on Fassnacht Avenue, <br />-from Walnut street to Johnson street. <br />Asphalt Pavement on South Main Street,from Washington Street to <br />Jefferson Street. <br />Asphalt Pavement on William Street,from Washington Street to <br />Colfax Avenue* <br />Asphalt Pavement on East Jefferson Street,from Vistula Avenue <br />to St —Joseph River Bridge. <br />Water Connections on Marietta Street and Bronson Street,from Vistula <br />Avenue to Sample Streetz <br />Cement Sidewalk on Niles Avenue,from Crescent Avenue to Howard Street. <br />Water Connections on South Bend Avenue,from Hill Street to Notra <br />Dame Avenue. <br />All under improvement resolutions No.317.323.324. <br />325.344.357 & 366 Respectively. <br />In the above improvements, No remonstrators appeared and no <br />remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the <br />property assessed in said rolls filed August 7th.1906. is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessment as shown on said rolls and the Board <br />further find that the assessment roll filed August 7th,1906.. <br />'and the final estimate allowed August 7th,1906. should be and the <br />same is hereby in.all things ratified,confrmed and approved. <br />PHESIDF"—nT. <br />
