The Board met in reGular session at 10 O'clock A.M. <br />Mr.Papgzinski.-Absent.. <br />All business transacted was done by Unanimous vote of the Board. <br />A Remonstrance was filed against the acceptance os the Asphalt Pavement <br />on south Main Street,From Washindgton Street to Jefferson Street. <br />Petition filed for Grading College Street1from Michigan Avenue to the <br />south end of College^Street. Same was referred to the Engineer for <br />Investigation. <br />Contract for Grading & Curbing Olive Street from Kenwood Avenue to <br />Michigan Avenue.was awarded to Matthias Feasor and Co. <br />A Contract was entered into Between William K.McHenry,and the <br />Municipal City of South Bend, By its duly authorized Board of Public <br />Works for the following described real estate in St -Joseph County, <br />in the State of. Indiana, to -wit : <br />Lots Three(3), Rour (4), Six (6) and Eleven (11) in Coquillardfs <br />2nd Addition to the Town of Lowell now a part of the City of South,Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />The Contract was referred to the Common Council of the City <br />for its consideration thereon. <br />PRESIDENT. <br />
