5 day August 17th,__l IMPROVEMENT>RESOLUTION NO. 39E. Resolved by the Board of Public Wor ks of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Miami street from St. Joe river to Bowman street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MIAMI STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by -the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Not- ice of this resolution shall be published on the l9th day of August and on the 25th day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of September 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as acoording to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 17th day of August 1906. BOARD -OF PUBLIC WORKS. . Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CLEVELAND AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, file(T herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 1$th day of August and on the 25th day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily. Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of September 1906, at 7:15 P. Iq. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the l8th day of August and on the 25th day of Au}ust 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. Notice of this resolution shall be p,.,blished on the 18th day of August and on the 25th day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of. September 1906, at 7:15 P. M.
