st 17th, 1906. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 392. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; <br />Grade, Curb & Walk on Blaine avenue from Vassar avenue to the north line of Cushings <br />Addition. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BLAINE AVENUE GRADE <br />CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and <br />specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of'this <br />resolution shall be published on the 18th day of August and on the 25th day of <br />August 1906, in the South end Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this <br />resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of September 1906, at 7:15 P.M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the property omner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said Bonds shall <br />bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. <br />Adopted this 17th day of August 1906. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 379 for Grade, Curb & Walk on St. Peter <br />street from Corby street to Napoleon street deferred until September 4th,.1906, at <br />10 A. M. <br />President. <br />
