6011N August 17th, 1 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 384. Resolved by the Board of public works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Notre Dame avenue from Sorin street to the City Limits. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE NOTRE DM_1E'AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the l8th day of August and on the 25th day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on ti.. the 4th day of Sept 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law.
