St. Peter street from South Bend avenue to Sorin street, signed by P. A. Joyce et al. Contract signed with W. H. Burbe & Co for Water Connections on N. Cushing street from LaSalle avenue to Michigan avenue. Petition for 0-Grade, Curb & Walk on Spruce street,y'signed by D. C. Hepler et al Referred to the Engineer for Specifications. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 391. Resolved by the Board of Public works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Brick (block) pavement on the Alley south of Wayne street from Main street to Lafayette street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE A+jLEY SOUTH OF WAYNE STXREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall beconstructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. -Notice of this resolution shall be published on the'18th day of August and on the 25th day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of September 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as aeccording.to law4 Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as proveded by law.
