Same was referred to the Engineer for <br />proper description. <br />A petition was filed asking for an Electric light at the corner of Fox street <br />and Witwer Avenue. <br />Bond of James Nelson for Brick Pavement on Michigan Avenue,from Wilber <br />Street to Alley west of Johnson Street,Filed and Approved and Contract <br />Signed for same. <br />Bond of. C.H.Defrees for Brick Pavement on South Bend Avenue,from Hill <br />Street to Notra Dame Avenue.Filed and Approved and Contract.Signed for same. <br />Bond of George Headley for Grade,Curb & Walk on Talbot Avenue,from <br />South Bend Avenue to Howard Street,Filed and Approved and Contract Signed <br />for same. <br />W <br />M� <br />PRESIDENT. <br />SPECIAL MEETING HELD TUESDAY EVENING AUGUST 14Th., 1906, AT 7:15 P.M. <br />The Board met inSpecial Session at 7:15 P. 14. Mr.. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for the following <br />Improvements, to -wit: - <br />Pipe Sewer on Chestnut street from Washington street to <br />Jefferson street; Brick Pavement on Cushing street from Michigan avenue to Portage <br />avenue; Brick Pavement on West Tutt street from Prairie avenue to the C. & S. B. R.R. <br />Brick Pavement on Leland avenue from Marion street to Portage avenue; Water <br />Connections on Lafayette street from Sample street to Broadway street. All under <br />Improvement Resolutions Nos. <br />No remonstrators appeard and no further remonstrances were filed. All other <br />remonstrances were over -ruled.. The Board therefore find t-iat the property assessed_ <br />in said rolls filed August 3rd, 19061, is benefitted in the amount of assessments <br />as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed <br />August 3rd, 1906, and the final estimate allowed August 3rd, 1906, should be and <br />the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />
