495 turdav Julv 21st. 1906. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 373. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe sewer on Crescent avenue from Emerick street to Hill street. Said improvement sha:Ll be known and designated as "THE CRESCENT AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT* and shall be con- structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or'Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shal_l'bear interest at the rtate of five ped cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 21st day of July 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 374. Said improvement shall be known -and designated as "THE MARIETTA STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be con- structed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. ThisbBoard will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LEER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City.Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times.
