The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 370. Resolved by the Board of Public -Works: of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows; Brick Pavement on Perkins street from Chapin street to Laurel street. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE PERKIN,b STREET BH�TCK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the, City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July a--,d on the 20th day of July.1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August-1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. 'Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent. per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 21st lay -of July 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 371. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Pagin street from Linden avenue to Hine street. Said improvement " shall be known asd designated as "THE PAGIN STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall De published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. M.
