IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.377. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grade, Curb & Walk on Milton avenue from Michigan street to Fellows street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MILTON AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications pre- pared by tie City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906.-in the South B-nd Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. Rd. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to tiie Contractnr in payment for such work where,the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent. per annum, payable as provided bylaw. Adopted this 21st, day of July 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 375. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ST. PETER STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil En sneer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to lmw. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P. M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE CATALPA AVENUE GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the.plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of July and on the 30th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this reso- lutionat its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of August 1906, at 7:15 P.t'i.
