Papczynski absent. <br />Petition filed for Grade, Curb & Walk on Leer street from Dayton street <br />to Calvert street. Referred to the Engineer for Specifications. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 368. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: <br />A Btick (Block) pavement on Michigan avenue from the east line of Wilberstreetto <br />the first alley west of Johnson street. Said improvement shall be known and;desig- <br />hated as "THE MICHIGAN AVENUE BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT"`and .shall be constructed <br />according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed <br />herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st clay of June and <br />on the 28th day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give <br />a hearing on this resolution at its office in. the City Hall on the 10'th day of <br />July 1906, at 7:15 M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the property owner signs waiver required as according to law.
