4"75 <br />Tuesday June 19th, 1906. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were fil-fa <br />The Board therefore find in each and every .case in said improvements that the benefits t <br />the property and to the City of South Bend.are equal to the estimated cost of said <br />improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be, itresolved that notices be. published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 21st <br />day of June and on the 29th day of June, 1906, to the effect that this Board will receive <br />bids for said improvements up to 10 A.-M. on the loth day of July 1906. The Board <br />reserves the right to reject any or all bids. <br />Remonstrance filed against the South Bend avenue Brick Pavement, signed by <br />Christ Russwurm et al. <br />Remonstrance filed against the Broadway street Pipe,Sewer,,signed by Horace <br />Hartzel et al. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Brick Pavement -,,on South Bend avenue, under <br />Improvement Resolution No. 353, deferred.until Friday marAing June 22, 1906, at 10 A.M. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for Cement sidewalk on Niles avenue and Pipe <br />Sewer on Broadway street, under improvement Resolutions Nos. 357 & 349 respectively, <br />deferred until June 26th, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for Brick Pavement on the Alley west of <br />William street from Wayne street to Division street and for Asphalt Pavement on LaPorte <br />avenue from Washington street to Colfax avenue., under Improvement Resolutions Nos. <br />352 & 348 respectively, deferred until July loth, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 23 for the opening of Huron street, was <br />deferred until July loth, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />
