474 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 366. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size,..location and terminal points as follows: Twenty nine water con_nections.on South Bend avenue from Hill street to Notre Dame avenue., according to a report submitted to the Common Council and adopted on the 14th` day of May 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE SOUTH BENR AVENUE WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City -Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the - 21st day of June and on the 29th day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up,to 10 A. M. on the loth day of July 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 367. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Thirty-five water and forty-seven sewer connections on E. Washington street from Emeriek street to Eddy street, according to a report submitted to the Common Council and adopted on the loth day of May 1906. Said improvement shall be known and des- ignated as "THE E. WASHINGTON STREET SEWER AND WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 21st day of June and on the 29th day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for the following improvements: Pipe Sewer on LaPorte avenue from Washington street to the first alley North, Brick Pavement on the Alley south of Washington street from Lafayette street to Court St., Brick Pavement on the Alley west of Fain street from Wayne street to Monroe street, Grade, Curb & Walk on Marine street from Indiana avenue to Calvert street, Walk & Curb on Cottage Grove avenue from Michigan avenue to Portage avenue, Cement Curb on Walnut street from Division street to Ford street, Cement Walk on Portage avenue from.Hudson avenue to Kinyon street, Cement Walk on S. Lafayette street from Calvert street to Ewing avenue, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 3472 350, 351 354, 3552 3562 3592 359 respectively. A Remonstrance being filed against the pavement of the Alley west of Main street from Wayne street to Monroe street, The Board deem it advisable to amend said resolution so as to read from Wayne street to Division street, said Resolution No. 351 adopted as amended.
