472 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 362. Resolved by the.Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, In(iiana: That an improvement be'made of -the kind, size, location and terminal points as 'follows: Grad- ing on Olive street from Kenwood avenue to Michigan avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE OLIVE STREET GRADING IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and.specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed here- with. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of June and on the 29h day of June 1906, in the:South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of July 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractos in payment for such work where the property owner ..signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and desingated_as "THE MICHIGAN AVENUE GRADE & WALK IMPROVEMENT" And -shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of June and on the 29th day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of July 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of June and on the 28th day of June 1906, in the South Bend=Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on thhis resolution at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of July 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith: Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 21st day of June and on the 29th day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution.at its office in the City Hall on -the 10th day of July 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. ',Which said bonds shall bear.
