Tu e The Board met in regular session.at.10 A. M. Mr._Papczynski absent. Remonstrance filed against the paving of the alley West of William street from Wayne street to Division street— Signed.by Hurwich & Kaplin et al. Remonstrance filed against the LaPorte avenue Asphalt Pavement from Washington street.to Colfax avenue, signed by Joseph Rockafeller et al. Contractor Bond of D. W. Kryder filed and approved. Bond filed.and approved and contract signed with D. W. Kryder for the Parry street Grade, Curb & Walk Improvement.. Plat of Morris Park Addition approved. Engineer filed a ssessment rolls and final. estimates for Grading on Dayton street from Marietta street to alley east of High street and Cement walk on Eddy street & Mishawaka avenue, under Improvement Resolutions Nos 305 & 318 respectively. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 21st day of June 1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of July 1906, at 7:15 pm. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate.thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall.be published on the 21st day of June 1906, in the South Bend Dail, Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of July 1906, at 7:1� P. M. Hearing. iven on assessment rolls and final estimates for Cement Walk & Grading on the easts'96�' S. Michigan street from Calvert street to Ewing avenue, Water Connections on Cushing street from Michigan avenue to Portage avenue, Sewer connections on W. Washington street from College street to Olive street, Sewer and Water connections on South Main street from Wash street to Jefferson street, Sewer and water connections on Leland avenue from Marion street to Portage avenue, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 3162 3352 3332 331 & 334 respectively. No remonstrators appeard and. no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed June 9th 19062 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shorn on said rolls and the Board find that the assessment, -rolls filed June 9th.1906, and the final estimate allowed June 9th, 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
