IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 352. Resolved.by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: A Brick (block) pavement on the alley west of William street from Wayne street to Division street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ALLEY WEST OF WILLIAM STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of May and on the 31 st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give A hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June, 1906 at 7:15PNI A Bond -or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum payable as provided by law. Adopted this 22nd day of May 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS,. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 353. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE SOUTH BEND AVENUE BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this -reso- lution shall be published on the 24th day of May and on the 31st day of May 190,6, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Said improvement shall be knownand designated as the MARINE STREET GRADE CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of May and onthe 31 day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing 'on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12 th day of June 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to beissued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according; to law. Said 'imppovement shall be known and designated as "THE COTTAGE GROVE AVENUE WALK & CURB IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of May and on the 31st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Tulles. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June 1906, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law.
