55 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 356. Resolved by the Board of -Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement Curb on Walnut street from Division. street to Ford street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WALNUT STREET CEMENT CURB IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of May and on the 31st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June 1906, at 7:15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 22nd day of May 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 357. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Cement Walk on the east side of Niles avenue from,Creseent avenue to Howard avenue. Said improve- ment shall be known and designated as "THE NILES AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engin- eer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published in the 24th day of May and on the 31st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of June 1906, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE PORTAGE AVENUE CEMENT WALK IMPROVE`° MENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the C,, City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of May and on the 31st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 12th dayof June 1906, at`7&,15°P. M. Notice of this resolution shall be publish on the 24th day of Mgy and on the 31st day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times.
