IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 345. Resolved by.the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Tvrenty- three water connections on Tutt street from the C. & S. B. R.R. to Prairie avenue, according to a report submitted to the Common Council and adopted on the 23rd day of April 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated. as "THE WEST TUTT STREET WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civl Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 19th day of May and on the 26th day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 a. m- on the 5th day of June 1906. Adopted this 16th day of May 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 346. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal -points as follows: Twenty- one water connections and twenty-six sewer connections on Columbia street from Wayne street to the south end of Columbia street, according to a report submitted to the Common Council and adopted on the,23rd day of April 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE COLUMBIA STREET SEWER AND WRIER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the .above work.shall be published on the 19th day of May and on the 26th day of May 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will receive bids up to 10 A. M. on the 5th day of June 1906. Adopted this 16th day of May 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. PRESIDENT.
